Do you think this is an issue?

Well, I went and bought and Riken Raptor 225/55ZR16 and plan on installing it, once the rear Metz wears out.

However, I have previously installed the [SIZE=-1]Rivco License Plate / Turn Signal Relocation Kit for the Triumph Rocket III[/SIZE]

It pulls the turn signals in. Looking at the width of the Riken Raptor; I am concerned that the edge of the tread will hit the back of the turn signal housings.

Is anyone using a car tire and the [SIZE=-1]Rivco License Plate / Turn Signal Relocation Kit, and experiencing any issues with rubbing and/or clearance?[/SIZE]

I have exact same set-up, except 11.5 inch shocks (1 inch shorter than stock).
Works fine for me too.

Will, I have the relo kit and it posed no fitment problems at all when I ran my DS tire(Toyo T1R Proxes 225/55-16).

Oh that's GREAT! Man, I was worried that it wouldn't fit. The more I stared at the Riken Raptor tire (unmounted) and the Metz, the more concerned I got about it.
