Different strokes, or so they say.

I always thought it to be a bit of an older generation thing but I remember my mother saying that Green was an unlucky colour. Strange thing is, although I want not to believe in it the only green car I ever had was also the most unreliable.

It is probably nonsense, but there's always that niggling doubt.
