This is the difference between "theory" and reality.
Technically speaking (theory) Triumphs idea evens the pressure equally between the two sides ... great !
But how come the bike sounds and runs better with a pipe such as mine..... reality.

Every time I see "Engineers smarter than me designed it" I laugh to myself. Not everything is designed to be good for the motorcycle or the rider it's to meet a certain
criteria and this is a perfect example. We change things to undo the mess created by those instructed to engineer the mess.
