What crash protection is there available for the RIIIR? I've never seen one with crash bungs.
 
No way to install them. Dresser/engine/crash bars are pretty much only option that I know of
 
Just hang a couple pony kegs off the side that way if you lay her down you won't get parched while waiting for the ambulance or if your scrawny like me you'll have something to do while your waiting for someone to help you pick her up
 
Can you get the crash bars in black? And are there rear ones? Christ, the last time I had rear crash bars was on my Honda CD175 in 1972.
 
Just fyi, at 5mph and under the engine crash bars + footpeg bars will protect the bike, I speak from experience. Not a scratch on anything except a nick on the bottom of the right footpeg bar and it "customized" the angle of my brake pedal

Anything over that and your probably not going to be saved by the crash bars in the rear anyways...
