I've heard them. Exhaust starts making a pinging sound, only heard at idle. Diagnosed one years ago, warned my buddy, they laughed, two weeks latter she sucked one.
But that was on a two valve Harley
It is a low compression engine after all. To check for ring sealing quality you can squirt some engine oil into each cylinder and crank it for a while then check again - if the pressures come up significantly then you have ring sealing issues. Honestly 185 PSI is good for a stock engine at your altitude. Just make sure you are at WOT with secondaries fully open when cranking it.
It would seem your rings are a bit tired - how many miles has the engine done. You are going to freshen it up in any case aren't you. So it doesn't really matter when you get it apart check things like ring end gap and worn ring grooves and check the condition of the cylinder bores.
whether number is accurate or not as i saw on other post with shrader valve and harbor frieght, its good to see all 3 cylinders probably building close to same pressure, great news!
