Clunk when shifting on 2015 R3T

I have a 2015 Touring with 5,000 miles. I bought it used and when I shift up or down it seems rough. I can her a clunk but it does shift in to gear every time. Is this normal? If it is not any ideal how to fix it? I have changed the oil and it did not make a difference. I love this bike and do not want to damage anything.

Is it also hard to find neutral? I'm about to post a video later this evening- may be an easy fix. I'll add it to this thread here....
Edit: the original post is about a cable controlled clutch, not hydraulic as with the 2.5s. My bad...

Make sure your clutch cable is adjusted properly. If you don't have the service manual then find a post from @idk and he has a link to the service manual in his signature line. If you don't have a way to measure the free play at the clutch level you can stack a nickle and a dime (US Coins) to get very close IRRC. Anytime you have an issue with shifting always check the adjustment, these bikes are pretty sensitive to proper adjustment.
