And you wouldn’t see any of the new lines on the tank.
I’m thinking a graphite or titanium colour would highlight the bodywork best. Why hide that unique fabrication under a colour?
If you want a colour, a super high gloss with deep clear coat, something really shiny, would show off the shape better than a matt finish. I’d go for a bright metallic red (eg current Mazda colour).
Yes that jet black alone would not be seen at night time, but if I did that jet black it would have the orange cobra stripes and orange out lining all the detail.
I also like this silver with a titanium cobra stripes and the aluminum side covers on both sides of tank leaving then polished and brushed aluminum.? Or the first one it’s a black silver.

Please note that VBx 2 is not available in a spray can or for private consumer purchase and application. Currently it is classed as dual-use by the UK Government, so an export licence may be required under some circumstances.
Went to a painter Paul recommended and brought him the prototype scoop I made for my tank and he’s going to make this color and paint my scoop with a dark graphite cobra stripes and make it fade towards the end.
So when I go see my bike on October 19th I can sit it on my tank and see what it looks like.
The painter seems to think this color will show off this guys work
And make my bike really stand out. So we will see I suck on color
And yet making up stuff not a problem lol.

Yes, Exactly!
Also remember that if you did the chrome look vs the paint you would loose the advantage of the different prep process for paint which would include body filler, primer filler to smooth out the seams and any welds that may still be exposed - the fillers would make the overall look a lot smoother and the lines more perfect. then the gloss paint would accentuate that
No if I did the chrome he said the tins will need to be perfect that any imperfections would show.
So I decided to do paint a painter is doing me a sample of this paint so I can put against bike and see what it looks like.
