Christmas Eve ride

Looks like a great place to ride. Looks green enough for me. I live in the brown dessert. We are only in green about 2 months in spring. We have have to go to the mountains to find green in the summer.
So what happens in Nampa, Idaho, besides watching old buildings rot? I don't see too many potatoes growing there.

Oh what could have been saved.

For a trucker what happens in Nampa is you get ready for some brutal beautiful driving, if you’re going into Oregon you have to go over cabbage patch this is a real monster some times, if you’re going north you can go to Edmonton Canada through Saskatchewan some of the most beautiful land on earth I’ve ever seen. Or you can drop back 20 miles and catch a football game at the blue field, I found Nampa just passing through to be a quiet high dessert town of hard working folk. A beautiful area of America. I can’t imagine pulling triples up there like Idaho red does I can tell you it takes balls of steel in that part of the country, beautiful but deadly.
