Cheap R3T Mufflers

Was looking around on ebay and found a new oem set of exhaust for a R3T for a pretty cheap price from the OKC dealer. I called them and asked about them and they informed me that they were a up grade from the factory oem mufflers and would require a re tune. Starting bid with no bidders as of yet is 99.00.
If you ride a R3T and are looking to upgrade your exhaust. These look pretty cheap to me.

Triumph Rocket III Touring Accessory Mufflers

I bought a 2005 Rocket a couple weeks ago. It has a Jardine exhaust on it, which after spending some time with the bike is way too loud for me. Plus my Rocket has Corbin bags on it, and the Jardine's are short and end under the bags, so they have exhuast soot on them. What else would I need in addition to a set of TOR's? Stock exhaust manifold, chrome cover set.....anything else?

ICT, you'll also need a cat or cat bypass as well. I reckon you could find someone to swap their whole system for yours.

Only time in my whole life that i wish i was an American... but only long enough to swap exhaust systems though

Who has them installed on their R3T now? What can I expect from improved performance, if any? How much louder? How much can I expect to pay for the required tune at a dealer? Any other mod necessary to install them?
