I live in Canada and although I've looked online I cant find contact info for CES ... Help?

has anybody tried these from Brazil?

The YouTube sounded very tame and the LHS slash cut weld was visible under chrome but RHS OK. They look too similar to stock too I reckon.

I asked them about the left pipe defect and apparently that was their prototype which they have apparently subsequently sorted out ( the right pipe looks normal.) I hadn't heard of them before but they have been doing this for 20 years so I was hoping somebody had used some of their stuff. the price isnt bad at under $600 US
