Anyone know how to stop the baffle from rubbing the upstream inside the muffler? Tried different exhaust sealers but they wear out in short order and I pickup an annoying metal to metal tinny sound when off the throttle.

The only one I seen had onlt one screw hilding it in the megaphone. Not sure if they added more ore not but one wasn't holding it still, needs like 3 in my opinion so it doesn't vibrate and rattle.

I have one screw on the outlet but the noise is coming from where the upstream part of the baffle contacts the muffler near the inlet.
