Torch, you're gonna have use a spray gun to get even close to the factory finish. If your damage gets into the ghosted flames too well then you're really out of luck. If you want perfect paint again, the whole piece should be repainted.

Thanks guys for all the help. I do have spray capability, guns, dry air, a booth, etc. Just waiting for the weather to warm a bit. My garage is not heated.
