Hey everyone,

So I installed my jardines headers and exhaust today and while taking the stock one off notice the front cylinder is covered in black carbon buildup and the header is blue.
Till now the bike had ram Air and a tune map 20773 made by Ulf Penner(assuming from the tune ECU list and from forums). Now I added the jardines headers and full exhaust. Haven't ran the bike yet but I was curious as what could cause the front cylinder to run like that ? Maybe I need a different tune ?
I still need to fix the jardines up, I have a leak at the header so I need a new gasket or readjust and tighten again. I will say it sounds amazing. My ears rung when I gave it some gas in the garage. It's a whole different beast now.

Also installed my Hagon nitro rear suspension.
Looks great but now I need to set the preload.
Any clue as to how many turns is the usual starting point for hagons?

Probably oil blow by when cold. Imo it's not really anything you can do about it other than make sure the spark is good. I suggest coil over head packs mod. Simple and big upgrade from the dinosaur coils it uses.

I'll look into the mod. I haven't been messing with the bike for long I still have lots to learn. I'm gonna search and probably go the mod.
