that’s very frustrating and concerning as it should be a seamless and reliable service experience as mentioned above 👆

touch wood, our Johannesburg dealership (only one for 1500km) perform top notch work which strict workflows. My Rocket is going in tomorrow for services and new brake pads. They arranged a loaner for the day.  Hopefully my experience does not change, if it does I will reply here.
