Before I go completely ballistic with the dealer can I check something with you guys.

Got my bike back this morning from the dealer after having a replacement cluster fitted. Triumph UK organised delivery because of dealer incompetence.

I've a Bluetooth module fitted but the option isn't appearing on the screen and I'm assuming due to further incompetence they haven't activated it after switching the cluster.

Would that sound correct and can it only be activated by the dealer?

The dealer just confirmed that they never enabled the option when they fitted the clocks. They offered to have the bike collected this morning taken to Dublin and returned again. I've had should a belly full of their incompetence that I refused. If I'm in Dublin in the near future they have agreed that it's a walk-in job. That will be the last time I darken their door I hope

that’s very frustrating and concerning as it should be a seamless and reliable service experience as mentioned above
touch wood, our Johannesburg dealership (only one for 1500km) perform top notch work which strict workflows. My Rocket is going in tomorrow for services and new brake pads. They arranged a loaner for the day. Hopefully my experience does not change, if it does I will reply here.
best wishes
