Bit off help/ advise triumph rocket 3 gt

I removed battery terminal to fit the satnav wireing and now the engine spanner light won't go off ? Evern aftern after 2/3 rides ..
I assume I have to take it to dealer . As I bought a obd2 to use tuine ecu but won't conectt to my bike 2023 model . Any thing I can attempt to do

How many miles do you have on the bike? It may be just indicating that it's time for a service (I do all of my own work, so the spanner is always on display. It just reminds me that I'm the mechanic- doesn't bother me at all).

What brand OBD2 did you get?

Simple fix....Go into your menu(right side of handlebars) and select 'Display Setup'..by pressing the toggle(left side of handlebars)...scroll down...keep going...until you find 'Clock"'...select and change time to be correct and select...scroll down again to 'date' and correct that also....go all the way back and turn your menu off and all should be good.

Agreed. Same thing just happened to me when installing heated grips and disconnected battery. Simply reset date and all good.

Thankyou guys nice to see a proper helpfully friendly forium ..yep Date and time . Only 680miles booked into dealer to see about the clutch judder when setting off . Next . Gears are very knoctchy .I was thinking about a quick shifter ?

Ease into first gear smoothly with a little less throttle will calm the judder. Plus shifting at higher RPM's will smooth out the notching.

I run Amsoil in my rides....gear changes are smooth as...
