Ive had stock Roadster front and rear, lowered ikon f&R, Wilbers rear and soon i'll have Wilbers front.
All I can say is stock is much better than IKON lowered for being kicked in the arse with every bump. I had them professionally installed and all i can say is.... Ive been in cage fights with blokes 3 times my size and twice my weight, i have had bones crushed, been through all sorts of physical pain including being stabbed in an isolated incidents when i was younger........I have never experienced pain to the point of tears other than riding on the IKON suspension that kept jarring my back riding up the hume highway that is as smooth as a fillipino babes arse.
Stock on three is ok if you don't weigh much and have the right seat.
I love my Wilbers and can ride all day cruising or riding hard on b roads, sitting on my corbin which is a very firm seat but still very comfy.
I weigh in at a mere 76 kg I have stock shocks and have never adjusted them . I'm assuming 1 is the softest and the other end of the scale the hardest ? What setting would u recommend for a light fella like me
Just read the manual and im going to drop mine to setting two ill see how that feels and then maybe 1 after but i think two would be good for me i dont want it too soft
