Anybody running this tire? What front tire are you running with it? How well will it handle in the rain? Lots of questions. Sick and tired of running m/c tires that wear out at 6,000 to 7,000 miles. Most of the time riding here in Oklahoma the roads are not very twisty turning type so I really need a tire that will last and perform well in the rain.

There you go brother, the exact same tire you are talking about making my rocket look good No complains so far have about 2k miles on it and it is the one i am taking to RAA
Question: Why all the different size,s (225-50-16, 225-55-16) The stock bike tire is 240-50-16 why not use the same size as the stock tire? I am not asking this to be a smart ass.
Perhaps to get a particular final gear ratio, or to fit the gap between tire and fender just so. Side to side clearance included. Car tires are notoriously different model to model even when comparing advertised size.
I made a typo should have been 225-55-16, my bad.
The stock Metzler was a 240-50-16 and from what I have read going with the smaller 225 CT was the way to go.
Just because you could fit larger is not always better.
I would appreciate muchly a bit more info on the FRONT - I run an AVON AZARO Rear on the front but the bugger's discontinued.
Was it an easy fit to the RIM? they're not made for 3.5 rims, hence the question. Anybody using a different 160/60? - My local tyre place is having delivery issues with Avon.
Especially interested to see photos of CLEARANCE. It must be VERY close.
