Best Spark plugs?

Don't believe that's correct, if everything was equal, they wouldn't produce different heat ranges. I wouldn't do it, I'd wait for same heat range, buy from several suppliers if I had to. To Turbo200R4's point don't think it would take anywhere near 10,000 miles to read distinct differences. I agree to the coil over plug modification is worth doing, but I'd buy an extra one or two for spares.

Yea your probably right on the heat range, but what's the worst it's going to do? Both plugs are techically within spec. The higher range is just for a higher tune for more advanced timing and or compression / anti knock.
Imo if you are stock it would make no difference. Theoretically!
Remember triumph does odd things for odd reasons EAPECIALLY when it comes to electrical stuff.
I'm in the same boat as you and if it was me I'd make sure there all the same either way. But in a pinch or for a while till you can get right parts, it's probably fine

Hey can you snap a picture of the initial signature of the guy that did your pin stripes since you got seat off? Its on the edge, exhaust side, where seat would touch, above rear tank bolt to right of bolt. Thanks
