Does someone have an oem backrest complete with back pad etc for sale? Thank you

Contact @Ishrub. He usually has a selection of new and lightly used accessories. That's where I purchased mine. @Mittzy also makes and sells the quick attach brackets that mount the backrest if you can't get the Triumph ones.

The genuine Triumph backrests are long extinct. The Thunderbird backrest has the same part number, but is also unavailable. Used ones are the only way, and they are getting as rare as chickens lips ! Strangely, the genuine "Long Ride" seat with the socket for the backrest are still available !

That is the rider's backrests you are writing about, that were shared with R3Ts, Classics and Thunderbirds as an accessory with 'Longhaul' solo or dual seats for the R3T and Thunderbird and dual only for the Classic/Roadster.
However the OP wants a passenger one with the sissy bar and rack.

I have sold quite a few of both types over the years, finally sold my last Triumph OEM rider's backrest with a R3T seat but may still have an OEM sissy bar, pad and maybe a rack but I have sold a few sets the past year or so. I also have a German Fehling Solo riders backrest and rack for a Classic, Standard or Roadster. Bought it new years ago and never fitted as I had so many other combinations.

Yep, the Fehling Roadster Solo rack with rider's backrest, sold worldwide.

A dealer have a sissy bar for sale without the pad and badge I just need a pad as on the picture.

You had better confirm they actually have it and not just ordering on back order for an non-existant item in Triumph warehouse.

Many US Triumph dealers have been taking money for orders on discontinues /out of stock items they cannot deliver for many years now. A PITA for many of us in the past.
The pads and racks always sold separately and there are 3 pad versions: the Classic premium version; a smaller standard and a standard with a glossy black vinyl to match the accessory gel seats.

I will call them but if
I dont find a pad i am
not more advance . Have you seen Fehling sissy bar with oem saddle bag if it fit good?

Thank for education as I do not know they have 3 version
of pad. I will take my time
to find a Triumph oem the bike is pristine and have 3100 km now I buy it with 2800

I have a few pads still but I think I sold my last Classic premium one.
I'll check the shed.

The OEM leather panniers (image 3 below) and the Fehling ones use the same bolt holes as the fender covers.
The OEM sissy bar / rack kits use the bolt mounts UNDER the chrome fender covers that attach to the frame and rear fender directly.
The OEM also come with inlet chrome side fender covers (#7 below to fit brackets #4 and #5) that come with the sissy bar kit if complete.
Compare to stock OEM chrome side fender covers, #8 in image 2 below.
