Back Ache
I had a link to a site where you could plug in your height, leg length etc for various bikes and it would show you your riding position - I seem to have lost the link, but maybe somebody here remembers.

Using the tool I have -1 on rise and -3 on pull back. Optionally -10 on peg offset. This is good for me long distance and twisties

I sold a Dynaglide for that reason, 60 miles and my back was screaming, the cheapest way to fix it was to sell it.
