it has license plate from Czech republic. And looks very nice. I would say seat is standard, just the riders backrest is custom made. No clue about pillion handle bars

I considered doing that myself. On a sunny day the reflection can be a pain.

They are not pillion handlebars, but rather, cheek stabilizers.
