Always custom aftermarket for Rocket IIIs and pretty rare now and never a Triumph factory item. The flashest stuff is from Japan Carbondry and very costly but if you ask folks here they could maybe put you in touch with him to do one offs from his old mouldings.
There are about 4 forum members I know of with his body kits fitted.
Carbondry did or still do Carbon fiber and fiberglass versions of same parts.
Although Triumph had quite a few accessories for other models using real carbon fiber like tank guards, exhaust heat shields etc. I have about 18 pairs yep 36 of these new CF exhaust shields from the Speed Triple A9728017

But it isn't me selling them on eBay. They were US$199 RRP new and this guy is selling them for US$100.
I have fitted them up as upper extensions of the fork guards and they will attach to the lower front fork legs easily with bossed clamps and chrome mushroom head Allen head hex screws
Carbon fibre exhaust heat shields This item fits the following models: Triumph Speed Triple VIN 210445 up to 461331.

I have the front fork guards and a front fender extension as well as a 1050 style flyscreen fitted now on my '10 Roadster.
I have a couple more fender extensions I was going to use as hand covers with
Bark Buster or similar style mounts.
Another Triumph pattern screen from Maxicarbon
