Any body have a Paul Bryant exhaust and a Carpenter kit?

Yes and he/they should be along presently; I just can't remember who has fitted the Viking system.:banghead:

Paul is more than capable of designing and building an exemplary exhaust system for a Carp-kitted R3, however, Bob Carpenter's Brute exhaust will still produce a smidge more power - it is still, IMHO, the power king of exhausts for our bikes running Carpenterized motors.

Send Paul a "Conversation" and I'm certain that he'll respond quickly to refer you to a happy customer!

Roger that TriumPhil just wondering what HP and torque numbers are between both sets with a Carp kit. Thinking about spending some dinero soon.

I can tell you there are 19whp between CES and the Brute on a 265 kit. I would approximate Paul's header with CES for the most part (though Pauls welding work is peerless).

There is a new exhaust in development for high HP bikes, it stands a good chance of at least matching the Brute, chances are I'll be the first with it fitted to a Carp bike. Plan is to baseline the CES at the local shop to find the delta between the local dyno and bob's, then get the new exhaust tested. Trying to be complete with this by early April.

Bob Carpenter generally caps the torque on his Silverbacks at no more than 190 ft lbs, coz' beyond that is not really "streetable" - you'll have an unwieldy, wheel melting, wheelie machine, i.e., unusable/uncontrollable power you can't prudently put to the ground.
