ABS intermitent fault

2017 Rocket 3 R modified trike to take wheelchair
Bought dealer tool and went through sequence to bleed the ABS. ABS light went out and pedal pressure as normal. ABS light came on after 20 miles but pedal behaving normally and ABS still working. On the way home ABS quit, pedal went hard and then back to normal but lights still stayed on. Is my ABS unit f*****d? Does another triumph use the same ABS unit or anything else for that matter? Waiting to get my mates laptop back to have another go but any help much appreciated.
 
J’ai même petit soucis depuis révision récente (ABS) default qui parfois s’éteint, c’est aléatoire (mais frein arrière pas constaté différence (depuis le rappel fait) en freinage appuyé il s’active qd même ,
et maintenant après 30km depuis révision plus de jauge aussi (depuis plein fait)
Peut être à la concession ils ont fait une mise à jour qui est mal passé j’y retourne semaine prochaine à suivre …
 
Try resetting the fault code, you can also test the system if the dealer tool is like TuneECU.
 
Oui merci effectivement c’est prévu semaine prochaine pour le Diag,
entre temps j’attend un OBD mx+ voir si j’arrive lire code erreur sur une app iPhone ? Sinon oui par TuneECU.
j’espère que pour Chariot ce serais aussi juste un petit bugs, je verrai ce que concession triumph me dira
 
L'application TuneECU sur Android est idéale pour les Rockets les plus récents, les Rockets plus anciens nécessitent un câble compatible avec une puce qui peut être difficile à interfacer avec un téléphone. Je peux le faire avec ma tablette Galaxy et un adaptateur c-usb.

The TuneECU app on android is great for the newer Rockets, the older Rockets require a chip enabled cable that maybe difficult to interface with a phone. I can do it with my Galaxy tablet and a c-usb adapter.
 
have you yourself bled brakes with TUNEECU app? I asked developer/OWNER of Tuneecu app and I have his reply that it will not bleed abs on newer rockets

I can do it on my Thruxton, T-120 and Bobber with Tune ECU. My Speed Triple not so much. My Trophy doesn't have ABS so no issue with it. I've done it on the T-120 and actually you can do a normal brake bleed and leave the ABS alone if you want to on the pre 2021 bikes. The Speed Triple uses linked brakes (like the newer Rockets) so you can't avoid the ABS valve when bleeding,
 
juste un petit retour apres révision, pour voyant moteur puis peut temps après jauge essence,
suis retourné chez Triumph après diag (le code erreur correspond embrayage et toujours pas jauge essence, ils ont pas pu être effacés

Problème Résolu suite changement de mes leviers le contacteur embrayage (lamelle) je les modifié enfin plié légèrement et après qques km plus de code erreur moteur et jauge essence ok,

Je vois pas le rapport entre ce code erreur correspondant embrayage et jauge essence mais en tous cas ça venait de la aussi, le multiplexage à visiblement sa propre logique

Donc si jamais vous avez voyant moteur (code correspond à l’embrayage, le capteur) il y aura aussi code erreur de la jauge essence, qd cela est corrigé témoins s’efface après qques km

Donc pour ceux qui souhaite changer leviers par ce en photo (faut régler lamelle du contacteur embrayage) sinon code erreur moteur et jauge essence
