21in front wheel.

unrelated to your question, but where did you hide the electronics that was behind the side cover. I'm thinking about taking the side cover off too, but haven't really looked at it closely to see where the electric wires/modules can be tucked away at

not sure if wheel speed sensor, ABS is going to like that. will there be place for the sensor, tire/rim is already off centre?
you’re dramatically changing the geometry with more weight towards the rear. TC will work overtime to keep the nose down.
You will significantly reduce the cornering capability and stability when cranked over in turns.
You will reduce braking capacity on the front, you need weight over the front to perform.

I can try as much as I know about that mod, you must drop rear sub frame altogether to finish that mod, its not as easy as it looks. I thought about doing this mod but its a lot of work as DIY and the other cover is still there the oil fill panel cover so you only get one left side un paneled

looks like he is compensating for the oversized rear wheel he has? it looks like he has bigger rear tire at least from the photo

You can move them to the side there’s plenty of space.

With a mountain of cash that change is possible. The front end needs to be modified significantly to make it happen however. Whatever wheel you put between those or any forks won't just fit with the current brake calipers and ABS system. Also the radiator mounts may need modified to ensure the tire doesn't contact upon full collapse of the fork under load. It might be cheaper to just put a whole new front end on it including the triple tree.

Changes are not as drastic as you might think.
