Leg guard does the trick, now worried jeans will catch fire and I won’t notice

Hi gentleman.
I don't know if it is good solution, because I think that somebody counted it, and I think that it helps during hot days f.ex. staying in traffic jam in cooling exhaust (engine). Your creativity can have bad inpackt on you engine and his temperature.
Meybe I don't have a right. I don't know but it can be something in it.

I will add that this seems to more of an issue with the GT because of the forward controls lining up your calves directly to the header pipes

Isn't the forward control guard over the pipes smaller than the mid control guard? I'm fairly sure it is.

Hi i dont have any problems with my GT with the pipes burning me. All i have done at the mo is to stick on the back of the heat sheilds some heat reflective flexible material with some heat protected silicone. Still get hot but not as hot without this stuff, the other way is to have carbon heat sheilds like the TFC as carbon dissipates the heat better. As we know you cant buy them as there only for TFC owners....

The heat guards for thre forward controls are wider than the ones for the mid pegs.

No there not the header heat guards are the same on all the new Rockets....
