i would tell them there is a problem with my brakes i am worried about an accident do u want to fix it for free or wait for the accident to happen.
ps
this had to have happened after they assembled it.

Worth a shot, but they probably don't care because I brought used and not from them.

So forget about the recall.
Is the bike still under warranty? If so, then just tell them the rear brake is sh!t and they need to fix it, bleed, not bleed, replace, whatever they do but they need to fix it under warranty. F*ckers!
 
I am responsible for about 30 of the miles at Richwood WV so do not be taking all the credit.

They did it free of charge while watched and waited.
 
18,800 miles. 13 months.
