Looking at the tunes I can find, 260kmh seems to be the max it's set at. the program goes to 299kmh. any reason why it's not opened up all the way?

Seeing I already purchased the Dealertool, can someone tell me if the cable that came with dealertool is compatible with the tune ECU cable needed for the TuneECU program? OBDII is written on the cable and it came with a CD.

Looking for a knowledgeable wrench out there to translate the following TuneBoy instructions to TuneECU equivalents. I need to replace my primary TPS tonight and don't want to screw it up.
