The Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada dealer is no longer. They got fire or quit is the roomer Now Saskatoon SK has closed. The closest Canadian dealers are Edmonton or Calgary Alberta. Fifteen hour (15) ride for service, past or a tune up on my R3T. The old dealer said Triumph took everything away...
The manual for my 2016 Rocket Roadster shows a valve clearance check, throttle body balance and spark plug check among other things for the one year 10,000 mile (16000 k) service.
Both dealers in my area tell me that they only do those things at he 32000 km (20,000 Mile) service.
