Hey! I am trying to put risers on a 17 Roadster. The brake cable is routed through the front and needs to be behind the top triple tree. I would prefer to not disconnect the brake line. Is pulling the top triple tree off a viable option (so the brake does not have to be disconnected), if it is...
I saw a posting from Wadejesu about installing 2” Rox Risers on his TFC. He mentioned that 2” is the max possible and in fact the picture he posted appears to show very little if any slack to both clutch and brake cables. I would like to hear more from him, or anyone else who has tried this...
Hi
When I was deciding on rear shocks I was looking at options for variable length.
Most shocks had limited options for increasing length.
The YSS offered +- 5 from stock. However I noticed on a video that the bottom unscrewed completely
I then searched on ebay for male to female extender...
I finally found a set of Rivco risers and compared the rise and pull back of the three. The Rivco is about 1/2”” more rise than the Thunderbird risers. When on the top yolk they are actually the same lift, but move the bars that 1/2” closer to the rider. I went for a ride this evening to test...
Just put a set of Rivco Risers on the bike followed the instructions and found did not have to change any cables out only thing i found was the bracket for the brake lines bade it touch the radiator on full lock so left it off and all works fine, did anyone else find this with the brake bracket...
I have a set of Rivco Risers chrome. USD $150 Shipped Domestically. Overseas + Shipping. I need to earn some cash to rebuild the 2005 these came off of.
EDIT: SOLD SOLD Excellent Condition. Fits all Standards and Roadsters.
I bought 10" mini-aps and started the install tonight to realize the brake line is way to short. I removed the 3" pullback risers and installed the original risers hoping the brake line might reach, no luck..still to short. I thought I would see how the original risers would be with the old...
I'm looking into having blocks like these made for my '15 R3R. If I were to have them made and have several extras, would anyone be interested? These are from an HD. I'll have mine made to fit the curve and bolt position perfectly. They will NOT be chromed, just milled aluminum.
Let me know so...
Hi all,
I have decided to go with Rivco risers on my Touring bike rather than spacers. I was about to get a set of the Scootworks stacking risers only to realize they are out of business.
Thought I would try and source a set of Rivco touring risers through the forum before trying to locate...
I’m wanting to make some adjustments to my handlebar set up and looking at starting small to see how things feel before doing major adjustments which might require new cables and things. So I’m looking at the JBQ handlebar riser spacers or possibly T-Bird risers and wondering if anybody else has...
The previous owner of my 2011 Roadster put some very nice risers on the bike which I don't really need but have no complaints. I will be having to get under the tank in while to break into the wiring and it appears the risers put the gauges too close to make it easy. Anybody have advice on...
Ok, I know a lot of you have Rivco risers. they've been on my list for ahilwe but at $190, they haven't been a priority yet. I see that Rivco is getting rid of the touring part -it's "on sale" for $50 (I'm assuming they're dumping their inventory). Any reason they won't fit on a '17 Roadster...
A friend was talking about risers for his touring and was looking at the different options when this popped up. Rivco risers for the Touring @ 49.95. The picture shown is for the non-Touring risers but the write up is for the Touring.

I recently got new tires (Metzler 888's) and rear brake pads put on at the dealership where I got my 2011 R3T a year ago. I had ordered Rivco risers and a new extended clutch cable (Barnet cables) as well as picked up oil and a filter with all intentions of taking care of myself. Well, I...
