I need more legroom (already have highway pegs) and wonder if there is an easy way to lower the floorboards an inch or a set of replacement floorboards that will give me more room. Thanks.
Hello - I recently bought my first R3T - awesome bike. I have noticed a fair bit of vibration when I accelerate either quickly or slowly (how do you accelerate slowly on a Rocket?) I know this has been discussed before but it was unclear to me if this is a constant vibration or only happens at...
I have a 2013 R3T (USA Model, advertised as having ABS) with 7K miles on it, and on two occasions when I've needed to emergency brake, the rear wheel locked up.
Also, I haven't ever felt the ABS pulsing when I engage the brakes (front and/or rear).
I haven't gone to the dealer yet since I'm...
Hey all, I want to put a rear trunk on my 2013 R3T, any suggestions or opinions for this, I do want a hard case, and one I can paint to match the bike.
Well the story is as follows, my wife decided to tick of an item from her bucket list, which was owning and riding a motorcycle. She purchased a Harley 883 Low, took the riding course and we worked with her to get her riding. Initially, I wasn't going to get a bike, I wanted to make sure it...
Hi all,
I know there is a LOT of discussion on TuneECU. Because of that I want to clarify some things for myself. R3T comments only please, I confuse easily:D
1. Is the Crescent Technologies cable on Amazon the preferred cable?
2. I have Windows VISTA on my 64 bit laptop. Any...

Does anyone one know what these would be?
Ladies and gents,
I have had more than a few calls about Touring model performance. This should help out more than a few of you.
The Touring models are the same except for the exhaust and ECU calibration. BOTH are very restricted. The ECU controls the secondary throttles and actually closes them...
I love my R3T but on longer rides, the footboard height is killing my knees. Is there a lowering kit available for R3T. I really need to do something about this.

Ok heres a question.
Any one out there that has a 2010 or later Rocket that has NOT done the headlight relay modification had any problems with the ignition?
I am concerned that maybe I should get the Eastern Beaver relay set up but I am not seeing that anyone with a 2010 or later is having any...
I've been looking for adjustable levers for my R3T for some time. There are several sites and manufacturers offering adjustable levers for the R3 - but none, apparently, will fit/function on the R3T.
Does anyone know of a source for such levers? It wouldn't hurt if they were a little nicer...
Seeking a map for a Rocket-Touring for open performance.
The Touring is completely in stock condition.
Who can help and possibly has a modified and functioning map for me?
Thanks, Tom
I just bought a 2013 R3T and everything on the dealer site and paperwork about the bike indicates it has ABS. There is only one cable going to each caliper (usually a sensor cable in there somewhere if it has ABS right?) nothing in the manual about ABS and no ABS warning light on start up. Do...
What is the best opinion on engine oil to use? I can't seem to find Mobil 1 4T Racing 15W50 anywhere around here.....My first oil change is coming up fast.....
Well its time to go tire shopping again. I've tried the Metz and Avon Cobras after the short stint with the OEM Bridgestones that self destructed.
I was planning on trying a set of the new Bridgestone Exedra Max tires, but I have one concern. They are load rated at 71 which translates to a max...
I'm getting the R3T out on the road this weekend to prove once again that it really is a touring bike (yes, even without a 6th gear, fairing or cruise control).:o
Heading up to Southern Utah and Northern Arizona "just because." It was going to be an easy 1,300-miler, but a landslide south of...
