Has anyone else wired any kind of light kit to there bike. I put one on last night with a remote. Didn't go wild it looks pretty good. Will post pic's when I get them.
And my advice to anyone else thinking about getting one is be prepared to fight to get it on and invest in a good grinder.
This is what Rivco posts on it's website in reference to the R3 center stand:
Bolts directly to the frame in minutes without any cutting or welding required, will not...
First Ride: Intercooled SuperCharged R3 with Nev's Cams and Jardine Header
I spent hours trying to enrich the "L" tables in the stock SuperCharger tune. At wits end, this proved almost impossible without a dyno. Finally I realized I had "L" tables that might be better suited to Nev's cams and...
LED & Signalminder
Have a Kisan Signalminder. It works OK. Decided to add LED lights to the turn signals. Big mistake. Now front turn signals are dim but functional. Back turn signals do not work at all. Contacted Andy in Tech Support at Kisan;
“The turn signal indicator which flashes on...
Very impressed Flip. The caps were nicely polished and everything machined to perfection. Installation took about 20 minutes. I did not remove the fender, however if I was to do it again I would recommend doing so, it could save some hassle removing the stock clips. Money well spent.
I met Rusty on his way home from Arkansas. He called from my hometown, Peculiar, Missouri ( now you all see why I'm the way I am) and we met at the D.O.M.B. (Dirty Old Men's Bar) Hooters. I was telling him I've got a few small issues I want to correct.
First......as you're facing the front...
Not cheap as in a pink bola.
I'm just about to mount a pair of passenger floorboards, with extension arms. I'm thinking of underside mounting a three or four cluster LED side marker lights, perhaps for both running light and turn signal capable. Suggestions?? Anyone gone there???
Hey Everyone, I was wanting to find a site where I could order stock Rocket items. For instance, I installed the cat bypass I purchased from VictoryDave & when I took the rubber grommets out of the stock cat, I could not believe how "cooked" they were with only 33xx miles on the bike. I also...

CC Rider, the moderator on the forum admitted that he didn't use Mobil 1 XT4 or whatever the oil is that is only sold at the dealer and costs more than Amsoil, but Triumph stated after exhaustive...
Well I'm not sure if I am lucky or cursed! Lucky that my family and I walked away from a three car write off today. (well two cars and the SUV was left standing) Anyway, I am feeling a bit sore and sorry, my neck and back are bruised and the kids didn't even cry until they were out of the car...
I installed the factory recommended spark plugs the other day and something funny has happened. My backfiring on decel has gone away (at least for 1 day and counting). My old plugs looked fine and I even had a mechanic friend look at them and he agreed.
Just a curious finding I figured I...
Installed the Rivco Tip over bars yesterday. They are some very heavy duty bars i have to say. The welding is thick and the chrome looks sweet but the welds asthetically are not great, just good.
Installed the Rivco Driver Boards yesterday as well. I did indeed need to raise the shifter to...
