  2. gearbox sorted...but new noises !

    Gearbox issue resolved though after 60 miles experiencing really concerning noises from cylinder head area of bike. As it happened after the first cool down after the rebuild I'm pinning my hopes on it being valve noise and it being down to the valve shims needing doing after it has all settled...

  3. TRANNY PROBLEM DEVELOPING

    Bike has 1500 miles on clock. Now become aware of difficulties in engaging second gear in that there's a nice little cog grind as the gear is engaged suggesting selector fork/dog or other highly inaccessible component has bent. Not good as full motor strip down is required. Not good on a bike...
