    Rox Risers for R or TFC

    I just installed Rox risers today. My handlebar wiring was too tight. The remedy is to remove the fly screen to access the wiring connector underneath. This connector can be dislodged and moved up providing the necessary slack for the wiring.

    Windscreen Tint

    I wanted to tint my Triumph screen but you can’t use automotive tint. I tried Vvivid air tint which is used to tint taillights and such: https://www.amazon.com/VViViD-Air-Tint-Headlight-Taillight-Air-Release/dp/B01GQRQ996 It came out pretty well for my beginner attempt.

    Nice tail bag

    I bought a Saddlemen BR1800 tactical for my R. It’s a good size for the rack and has a nice Velcro backrest pad. I was able to create a taller backrest for my wife by using the supplied Velcro mount (meant for solo riding with the bag on the passenger pillion) and some 3/8” aluminum rod.

    Thank you for the info! A quick follow up question, are the base pans on the standard and comfort R seats the same size? If they are the same, I could just modify the standard pan instead of buying and modifying the comfort pan.

    I plan on modifying the pillion pad of the R/GT or get a Corbin set up. I was wondering how much longer the R comfort pad is compared to the GT pad, which would allow for a larger seat if I were to have it widened.
