    Check the gear position sensor (lower back of engine). Mine failed and had no start condition.

    Is it the plug for the Triumph auxiliary power outlet? It's in the right area and looks the right size. If so it will have battery voltage.

    Make sure the blanking plug is fully seated. I had a no start issue with my 08 and it was a loose blanking plug on alarm.

    My 08 Touring had a no start problem. It doesn't ian alarm but does have the wiring and a blanking plug that was the problem. Someone who is a lot better with auto electric than me solved it so can't give you any more information

    Problem is either bad fuse/connection or in wiring between fuse and socket. First thing confirm fuse is good than start tracing wire until load power.

    Simplest solution is start signaling sooner. Figure out how far before turn need to activate so they cancel mid turn.

    The R3T has self canceling turn signals. They work on a time/distance algorithm. They are built into the dash panel and there is no separate flasher unit for them. Are you giving them enough time to function? May have to start signaling sooner.

    I keep reading that too oil is bad. That is true on a wet sump as it can cause power losses and be foamed by crankshaft. On a dry sump other than blowing it out of tank what is downside of overfilling?

    Purpose of running for a few minutes is to besure any oil that leaked down into sump is pumped into tank.

    I believe that the relay shown in post 61 is the starter relay not the flasher unit. Tourings have self canceling turn signals controlled by computer.
