    Just realised that when you put AT it's probably auto tune. So you could do the above, you will have to alter ignition of course with boost.

    Do you have a power commander five? If so you could purchase an auto tune module and tune it twice. Use the auto tune to create a base map with NO boost. Lock the gate open. Ride and map etc, then when done apply boost and AT the boost sensitive tables Maybe a PM?

    I have had the same scenario before and once again last week. The owner had bought a new MAP sensor, plugged it into the wrong plug ( some wires blue) and got a code, plugged it into the correct plug ( pink wires) , cleared the code and the bike ran, but super rich.     Have you plugged the map sensor into the wrong plug? There's a spare plug in the loom near where map plugs in.

    JE do 9:1. Wossner do 9.7 which can easily be machined to 9. CP do whatever, as above. Call them before panicking 🙂. How many kms are on the engine?

    It's cheaper to do cams, but if you are looking significant boost, you may wish to do forged pistons. Correct on the pump, they're good for over 300hp with boost.

    You will need a larger fuel pump. Cheap and easy. Walbro 345 will go almost straight in. I would advise sticking to less boost than 12 until you sort it. Strongly suggest losing some of the stock 210 psi cranking pressure. As others have said,easy to get power, harder to get reliable.
